Autonomists
- Ariane Kedros (Major, AFCAW Reserve): Registered N-space pilot for the Aether's Touch, also holding a special reservist slot in the Directorate of Intelligence. Part owner of Aether Exploration, Ltd.
- Matthew Journey: Out of Journey generational line, but now an Autonomist citizen. Primary owner of Aether Exploration, Ltd., to include the second-wave prospecting vessel Aether's Touch
- Nestor Expedition: Out of Expedition generational line, but now an Autonomist citizen. Part owner of Aether Exploration, Ltd., as well as the company's intellectual property broker
- Owen Edones (Colonel, AFCAW): Ariane's military supervisor, in charge of the Special Operations Division of the Directorate of Intelligence. Due to the importance of the last treaty signed under Pax Minoica, he's been given the mission command seat on the Bright Crescent
- Alexander Joyce (Master Sergeant, AFCAW): Colonel Edones's primary aide
- Erik Icelos (Colonel, AFCAW): Facility commander of Karthage Point
- Jacinthe Voyage (Lt. Colonel, AFCAW): Out of Voyage generational line, but now an Autonomist citizen. Commander of the Naga Thirty-second Strike Squadron located on Karthage Point
- Diana Oleander (Lt., AFCAW): Weapons officer aboard the Bright Crescent
- Bartholomew Leukos: new/current identity for Brandon Lengyel, Ariane's Naga crew commander during the war
- Cipher: nickname for Cara Paulos, Ariane's Naga communications officer during the war. New identity arranged by AFCAW was Karen Kambas, who died in an airliner accident early in 2105.
Terrans
- State Prince (SP) Isrid Sun Parmet: Manages affairs in the Terran system for Overlord Three, resides on Mars. He lost a brother during the war, due to the Autonomist temporal distortion weapon. Started the Terran Bureau of Intelligence (TEBI) and still involved in its management
- Sabina Sky Cavanagh: Second co-wife in SP Parmet's multimarriage
- Nathanial Wolf Kim: On SP Parmet's staff, known TEBI agent
- Maria Guillotte: Another known TEBI agent on SP Parmet's staff, who is slowly realizing that she wants more than she can ever have under the Terran Expansion League
- Andre Covanni: Cover name for TerraXL's most effective intelligence operative during the war
- Dr. Rok Shi Harridan Istaga: One of the treaty inspectors, whose background was questioned by the Autonomous Consortium

- Bernard (Major, AFCAW): Leader of an AFCAW Directorate of Intelligence weapons inspection team
- Doreen Floros (Captain, AFCAW): Assigned to the Directorate of Intelligence, data and automated systems expert
- Frank Maestrale: ComNet equipment installer, working on Beta Priamos Station
- Hal Bokori: Loadmaster for the Golden Bull, a freighter that runs between Beta Priamos Station and the mining operation at Tithonos (both near moons orbiting Laomedon, a gas giant in G-145)
- Aquino (Lt. Col, AFCAW): Ship commander for the Bright Crescent
Terrans
- Dr. Tahir Dominique Rouxe: Physicist and Temporal Distortion Weapon Design specialist, born into the Enclave El Tozeur on New Sousse and, after surviving the Minoan attack, sent to school in the Sol system
- Abram Hadrian Rouxe: Tahir's father and leader of the Isolationist movement, which started in Enclave El Tozeur
- Emery Douchet: cousin to Tahir, also youngest nephew of Qesan Douchet, who had triggered the Minoan attack against the enclave
- Garnet Westwind Tachawee: First co-wife in SP Parmet's multimarriage
- Chander Sky Parmet: Son of SP Parmet and Sabina, second co-wife
Generational (Pilgrimage Line)
- David Ray Pilgrimage: The General Counsel on the Pilgrimage III
- Dr. Lee Pilgrimage: Chief medical specialist for Genetics and Artificial Wombs aboard the Pilgrimage III

Autonomists
- Senator Jude Stephanos: Nicknamed "the Bear" for his ursine looks and savage political debates, this senior senator represents Hellas Prime in the Consortium Senate. His senority and position as Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee put him on the Interstellar Criminal Tribunal for the recent crimes against humanity in G-145.
- Myron: No one knows whether this is his first or last name. He's Senator Stephanos's great-nephew and now on the Senator's staff.
- Pike (Master Sergeant, AFCAW): Originally, Msgt. Pike led one of the special operations teams from the Bright Crescent, when they arrived to help the Pilgrimage III in Vigilante. Now, Msgt. Pike and his team manage security on the Priamos Moon.
- Dalton Lengyel: Mission commander of the Pytheas, the ship that will make the first exploration through damaged N-space to a Builders Planet. A young cousin of the deceased Brandon Lengyel (who's actually Bartholomew Leukos).
Terrans
- State Prince (SP) Duval: Works for Overlord Six, governing New Sousse, the planet that Abram's cult had settled upon. Overlord Six has historically been the most hostile towards the Consortium. Terran member of the Interstellar Criminal Tribunal.
- Walker (Ensign, TSF): Ensign Walker is a member of the Terran Space Forces. He's assigned as TSF liaison and security advisor to SP Parmet, to help keep Beta Priamos Station secure.
- Dr. Myrna Fox Lowry: The youngest person to hold the Astrophysics Chair at M.I.T., Mars. She's now a researcher at Priamos Moon and Beta Priamos Station.
- Tyler (Lt. TSF): A Terran Space Force Lieutenant, Intelligence specialty, assigned as TSF liaison and security advisor to SP Duval.
Generational (Pilgrimage Line)
- Justin Pilgrimage: Comm officer for the Pilgrimage III
- Benjamin Pilgrimage: Newly appointed Security Officer. Due to events in Vigilante, the Pilgrimage III has created a security force.
- Commander Meredith: Senior Commander of the Pilgrimage III, and the third member of the Interstellar Criminal Tribunal.
