The war ended in 2090, but someone still hopes to punish those who would dare to destroy a sun, even for the sake of peace… In the year 2105, the Consortium of Autonomous Worlds and the Terran Expansion League sign a final treaty in an effort to please their alien oversight and seal "Pax Minoica." All temporal distortion warheads will be destroyed and their delivery systems deactivated, to include the Autonomist Naga vehicles and the Terran Falcon missiles.

- Ariane Kedros (Major): Registered N-space pilot for the Aether's Touch, also holding a special reservist slot in the Directorate of Intelligence. Part owner of Aether Exploration, Ltd.
- Matthew Journey: Out of Journey generational line, but now an Autonomist citizen. Primary owner of Aether Exploration, Ltd., to include the second-wave prospecting vessel Aether's Touch
- Nestor Expedition: Out of Expedition generational line, but now an Autonomist citizen. Part owner of Aether Exploration, Ltd., as well as the company's intellectual property broker
- Owen Edones (Colonel): Ariane's military supervisor, in charge of the Special Operations Division of the Directorate of Intelligence. Due to the importance of the last treaty signed under Pax Minoica, he's been given the mission command seat on the Bright Crescent
- Alexander Joyce (Master Sergeant): Colonel Edones's primary aide
- Diana Oleander (Lt.): Weapons officer aboard the Bright Crescent
- Erik Icelos (Colonel): Facility commander of Karthage Point
- Jacinthe Voyage (Lt. Colonel): Out of Voyage generational line, but now an Autonomist citizen. Commander of the Naga Thirty-second Strike Squadron located on Karthage Point
- Bartholomew Leukos: new/current identity for Brandon Lengyel, Ariane's Naga crew commander during the war
- Cipher: nickname for Cara Paulos, Ariane's Naga communications officer during the war. Later identity was Karen Kambas, who died in an airliner accident early in 2105.
Terrans
- State Prince (SP) Isrid Sun Parmet: Manages affairs in the Terran system for Overlord Three, resides on Mars. He lost a brother during the war, due to the Autonomist temporal distortion weapon. Started the Terran Bureau of Intelligence (TEBI) and still involved in its management
- Sabina Sky Cavanagh: Second co-wife in SP Parmet's multimarriage
- Nathanial Wolf Kim: On SP Parmet's staff, known TEBI agent
- Maria Guillotte: Another known TEBI agent on SP Parmet's staff, who is slowly realizing that she wants more than she can ever have under the Terran Expansion League
- Dr. Rok Shi Harridan Istaga: One of the treaty inspectors, whose background was questioned by the Autonomous Consortium
- Andre Covanni: Cover name for TerraXL's most effective intelligence operative during the war

- Hal Bokori: Loadmaster for the Golden Bull, a freighter that generally runs between Beta Priamos Station and the mining operation at Tithonos (both near moons orbiting Laomedon, a gas giant in G-145)

- Emery Douchet: cousin to Tahir, also youngest nephew of Qesan Douchet, who had triggered the Minoan attack against the enclave
