A “plethora” of authors must mean there’ll be plenty of books…

Per the announcement by Who Else? Bookstore:

Big author event coming up Friday, September 9, 2011 at the Renaissance Hotel, I-70 and Quebec, Denver. The Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers will be holding their weekend-long annual Colorado Gold Conference. There’s one free event that the public is welcome to attend.

On Friday evening, from approximately 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. or so, a plethora (here defined as 34) of authors will be signing their books, which will be available for purchase on-site (or you may bring your own). This event will take place in the Ballroom on the lower level of the hotel. Here are the authors:

Mario Acevedo Terry Kroenung
Margaret Bailey Janet Lane
Shannon Baker Joyce Elson Moore
Mike Befeler Cindi Myers
Carol Berg Pamela Nowak
Kay Bergstrom, writing as Cassie Miles Chantelle Aimée Osman
Linda Berry Robin Owens (2011 Writer of the Year!)
Allison Brennan (keynote speaker) Bonnie Ramthun
Bernard Cornwell (keynote speaker) Laura Reeve
Laura DiSilverio, writing as Lila Dare Cynthia Richards
Karen Duvall (new book launch) Linda Rohrbough
Beth Groundwater Courtney Schafer
Warren Hammond Maggie Sefton
Kirt Hickman Jeanne Stein
Lynda Hilburn Mark Stevens
Thea Hutcheson C. M. Wendelboe
j. a. kazimer Lowell Volk

Yes, I’ll be there as well. The Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers did this last year and it was fun—crowded, noisy, and with a festival atmosphere. This signing is open to the public, so walk right in!
